As managing director of sales, marketing and communications, Patti Dill is responsible for creating and implementing strategies for new business development. She leads a team of sales professionals charged with business expansion and the articulation of Laird Norton Tyee’s expertise in comprehensive wealth management.
Patti began her career in the investment industry in 1987 with Dain Rauscher, eventually moving to Wells Fargo where she spent more than 13 years in various sales and sales management positions in the brokerage, mutual fund, and trust management businesses. While there, she primarily served as a vice president, trust officer and private client advisor. In this role, Patti led a team of professional investment advisors, private bankers and trust officers who managed high-net-worth client relationships. Most recently, she served as vice president of gift planning for The Seattle Foundation and oversaw a team of gift planning professionals that successfully grew the organization’s donor base.
Patti holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Texas Tech University School of Law graduating cum laude, and a B.S. in Accounting from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, as well as a B.S. in Finance from University of Montana. She is an active member of the Audit Committee of Seattle Children’s Hospital and the Bellevue Downtown Rotary Club. Patti is also a member of both the Seattle Estate Planning Council and the Eastside Estate Planning Council.
