Roger Donahoe serves as Laird Norton Tyee’s legal counsel. With more than 35 years of experience, he is involved in all phases of the trust business, from business development to primary trust, legal and fiduciary support. Prior to joining Laird Norton Tyee, he served as senior staff attorney and trust legal manager for the Trust Department of Security Pacific Bank Washington (formerly Rainier National Bank).
He earned his bachelor’s and JD degrees from the University of Washington, and graduated with honors from the Trust Division of Pacific Coast Banking School. Mr. Donahoe is a member of the Washington State and King County Bar Associations and past president of the Estate Planning Council of Seattle. He also served as chair of the University of Washington Estate Planning Board.
