Kristianne Blake is president of Kristianne Gates Blake, P.S., an accounting firm specializing in tax planning and financial strategies. She is a director of Laird Norton Tyee and also serves as a trustee for Russell Investment Company, Russell Investment Funds, Principal Investors Funds and Principal Variable Contract Funds. She is also a director of Avista Corporation and Advantage IQ and is a regent of the University of Washington. Ms. Blake is a former partner and regional director of executive financial counseling at Deloitte & Touche.

Henry Brown is the owner and manager of Lakeplace Properties, LLC, an investment property firm based in Washington State. Previously, Mr. Brown owned and operated The Learning Garden, a network of educational preschools and child care centers.
